Singapore Airlines welcomes Choice survey results
Singapore Airlines sais today that it welcomes the results of the Choice Airline Satisfaction Survey released yesterday, which rated Singapore Airlines as the top international airline.
Choice surveyed close to 4,000 Australians and ranked airlines according to value for money; check-in procedure; in-flight service; seat comfort; legroom; cleanliness; food; entertainment; toilet facilities; convenient flights and booking process.
“We are delighted to hear that Australian consumers enjoy their experiences when flying with Singapore Airlines and I’d like to thank respondents for their positive feedback”, said Mr Paul Tan, Singapore Airlines’ Regional Vice President
“At Singapore Airlines we pride ourselves on our commitment to client service and excellence and we are always striving to set the bar higher”, Mr Tan said.
Recently the Airline unveiled its new product line-up, which showcases the biggest Business Class seat in the sky, improvements across all classes and the next generation KrisWorld in-flight entertainment system.
Later this year, Singapore Airlines will attract international attention when it flies the very first commercial service of the spacious A380 super jumbo from Singapore to Sydney Airport.
“2007 has been an excellent year for the Airline with outstanding passenger support and strong financial results. This year is also Singapore Airlines 60th birthday and marks 40 years of service to the Australian community”, Mr Tan said.
