Six Thomas Cook shops saved from closure
Six Thomas Cook shops that were among 195 earmarked for closure have been bought by Anglia Co-operative Travel.
All 22 staff employed at the branches, all of which are in the Midlands, will transfer to Anglia Co-op.
The shops, which are based in Midland Co-operative food stores, are at High Street, Erdington; Walsall Road, Great Barr; Alexandra Road, Corby; London Road, Alvaston; Dog and Gun Lane, Whetstone and Brook Street, Raunds.
