Sleep masks and slippers among sampling of new meeting deals

 HA sampling of new meeting deals:

—The Ritz-Carlton Resorts and Hotels of the Southeast, Caribbean & Mexico are offering a "Meetings Within Reach" meeting package for groups booking 10 or more room nights.
At Ritz-Carlton hotels in Florida, Georgia and Louisiana, the package includes a continental breakfast, general-session meeting room, meeting room Internet access, 20 percent off audio/visual and suite upgrades.
 

At Ritz-Carlton hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico, meanwhile, the package includes a $100 daily hotel credit, high-speed Internet access, select suite upgrades and one VolunTeaming” activity. In Florida, Georgia and Louisiana, rates start at $159; in the Caribbean and Mexico, they start at $249.

—To commemorate its 25th anniversary, The Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa in Carefree, Ariz., is offering two meeting packages throughout 2010.
 

The first, the Boulders Silver Anniversary Meeting Package, is available Jan. 1 through June 15, costs $25,000 and includes 25 guest rooms for three nights, a $2,500 food and beverage credit, and a choice of either one round of golf or a $150 spa credit for up to 25 people.
 

The second, the Boulders Summer Silver Anniversary Meeting Package, is available June 16 through Sept. 3; costs $250 per person with a minimum of 10 rooms per night; and includes a guest room for three nights; daily breakfast, lunch and break; one dinner; and either one round of golf per person or a $50 spa credit.
 

—NYLO Hotels has introduced a special "Treat Me Like a Rock Star" meeting package at NYLO Providence/Warwick near Providence, R.I.

Good through March 31, 2010, for groups with at least 10 rooms, the package includes a $109 nightly room rate; turndown service with a sleep mask, slippers, Evian bottled water and blue M&Ms; choice of free meeting room rental or complimentary daily continental breakfast; free parking; access to NYLO’s VIP Lounge; and one complimentary room night for every 20 booked.
