Spirit offering own 9-9-9 plan
Presidential candidate Herman Cain’s “9-9-9” economic program is all over the map. Including up in the air, as it turns out.
Spirit Airlines is running a new promotion called the “9-9-9 Vacation Plan,” says ABC News.
Here’s how the airline is plugging their deal: ”Let’s get real… America can’t wait until 2012, you need a vacation now!” reads a statement on the low-fare airline’s website.
The airline, for example, is offering $9 fares between Los Angeles and Las Vegas on certain dates in November.
Cain commented on the airline’s plan on Twitter , saying “my campaign does not sponsor or endorse Spirit Airlines, but they are now offering a 9-9-9 Vacation Plan!”
