STA Travel partners with music festival website
STA Travel has joined forces with music festival website Festicket to allow customers to travel to festivals around the world.
Festicket works with more than 200 music festivals globally, including Tomorrowland in Belgium, Ultra Europe in Croatia, and the Leeds and Reading festivals in the UK.
"Our young, travel-savvy, music-loving customers are always telling us that they’re looking for new and exciting festivals," said STA Travel UK product and marketing director Tim Fryer.
"This new partnership means that they can now book music festival packages via statravel.co.uk, and our knowledgable travel experts in our 50 UK stores can ensure the festival of their choice is built into their overall travel itinerary if part of a larger trip.
"For example we predict customers heading to the USA for a festival would potentially add in a camper van for a roadtrip, or if in Europe perhaps an Interrail pass, or a longer backpacking trip in India if going to Goa for SunBurn."
