Star Clippers to welcome unvaccinated guests from November
Small ship line Star Clippers will begin accepting unvaccinated passengers, and those with full vaccinations no longer need to provide a negative test.
These protocols take effect from:
Royal Clipper Barbados to Panama: 5 November 2022
Star Clipper Barbados to Panama: 19 November 2022
Star Flyer St Maarten to St Maarten: 26 November 2022
Guests travelling without a Covid-19 vaccination will be required to provide a negative antigen test performed within 48 hours prior to embarkation, or an RT-PCR test performed within the 72 hours.
Guests travelling with a full series of vaccinations must still present their proof of vaccine prior to embarkation.
Fay McCormack, General Manager, said: “We are delighted to be announcing these relaxations; this latest update will come as a huge relief to new guests and existing passengers alike.”
“Star Clippers will continue to follow strict health and hygiene policies on board, closely following public health guidelines, as we have always done so. This news is a dramatic step forward in our recovery.”
