Star is a star for Creative
Creative Holidays in Australia has released its 2007 Asia programme which features Star Cruises, Singapore, Malaysia, Borneo, Brunei, Hong Kong and Macau.
Andrew Yell, general manager, sales, product and marketing, Creative Holidays said, “Asia continues to be an extremely popular destination for Australian travellers due to its diversity, great value for money and the fact that it is relatively close to home making it suitable for a shorter break.
“We have seen really key growth areas in Asia. These include a growing family market in Hong Kong that can be partly attributed to the opening of Hong Kong Disney, which is closer and a more economical option for many Australian families.
“The cruise market out of Singapore has also been a big seller for us. We have addressed this increased popularity and offered more cruise options this year, which will give consultants more to offer their clients.
“The other market we have really seen grow is the soft adventure market in Kota Kinabalu. Overall our Asia program has experienced over 20 percent growth, and we predict this trend will continue, as this region really does offer something for everyone.”
