Starwood debuts Four Points by Sheraton brand in Indonesia
Starwood Hotels & Resorts has welcomed the entry of its Four Points by Sheraton brand in Indonesia.
The 185-room Four Points by Shaeraton Bali, Kuta has opened in the heart of the Kuta tourist resort area of South Bali.
The new hotel features a restaurant and bar, fitness centre and kids club, set midway between Kuta beach and the town’s Jalan Legian entertainment district.
"The opening of Four Points Bali, Kuta is set to meet the increasing demands for mid-market accommodations especially in Bali," said Charlie Dang, Regional Vice President, Southeast Asia, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Asia Pacific.
The Four Points by Sheraton brand is currently experiencing its biggest growth rate, with 50 new deals signed last year and the global portfolio will surpass 200 hotels by the end of 2015.
In Asia Pacific there are more than 40 Four Points hotels currently open with a similar number of additional properties in the pipeline.
