Sun Country Airlines names new CEO
Sun Country Airlines has named Jude Bricker as new president and chief executive officer.
Bricker replaces Zarir Eran, who was recently asked to step down as CEO.
Bricker spent more than a decade with Las Vegas based Allegiant serving firstly as manager of fleet planning and most recently as EVP and chief operating officer.
He also served as Allegiant’s vice president of corporate finance and senior vice president of planning.
"We are pleased to have Jude Bricker joining us at Sun Country to lead our organization going forward. Our ongoing challenge is to grow this business in the most optimal manner, and do so within the market opportunities before us. Jude will lead that effort," said Sun Country chairman Marty Davis.
Based at Minneapolis, Sun Country serves destinations across the US, Mexico, Costa Rica and the Caribbean.
Bricker will shortly relocate from Las Vegas to Minnesota.
"I am excited to be joining Sun Country. This team has established Sun Country as a preeminent name in travel in Minnesota. I look forward to continuing the tradition of customer focus while delivering safe and reliable service to top destinations," Bricker said.
