Swap skis for clubs in Val d’Isere
Val d’Isere – synonymous with the very best skiing – will this month see the return of the annual Winter Golf Tournament to the Alps.
The Manchet Vallet golf course in Val d’Isere will host the tournament from March 27-30.
Highlights of the event include a Snow Street golf session on the Olympique Avenue featuring seven holes through the shops and bars of Val d’Isere, with a welcome cocktail at the first hole, hot wine and a concert at the fourth hole, and other treats in betwee.
There will also be a BMW X-Drive Tour test followed by a mini tournament in the golf simulator at the Centre Aquasportif.
Professional athletes included in this year’s tournament include karate world champion, Christophe Pinna, No 1 French pro-golfer, Raphael Jacquelin, and snowboard world cup winner, Sylvain Dufour
