Swiss moves homes in NZ

Swiss International Airlines has announced that from Wednesday 1 November 2006, representation of SWISS International Air Lines in New Zealand will change from Walshes World to Lufthansa New Zealand.

In 2005, Lufthansa German Airlines took over SWISS and since then there has been an integration worldwide of the two companies in operational and marketing areas.

The two brands will remain independent and there will be no changes to the current product offering in the New Zealand market to ensure a smooth transition.

Michael Hall of Walshes World said, “We have had a mutually beneficial and successful relationship with SWISS over the past 10 years and we know they will continue grow with Lufthansa in New Zealand,” adding,  “Together, with your continued support, we wish SWISS the very best in the future”

He also said that if there were any questions, to not hesitate to contact him with regards to this change.
