Tauzia Hotels launches loyalty scheme

Indonesian hotel group Tauzia Hotel Management has introduced its first guest loyalty programme.
 
The ‘My Tauzia’ programme was unveiled during the Chinese New Year holidays and offers points and benefits when staying at the group’s hotels across Indonesia.
 
The group operates the fast growing Harris, Pop! and Yello brands. 
 
The programme has three levels starting with the ‘Simple’ tier for all new signups.
 
Members who earn 10,000 points within 12 months move up to ‘Friendly’ status and the elite ‘Unique’ level is for all members who accrue 25,000 points.   
 
Member benefits include in-room snack platters, complimentary room upgrades, and discounts on food and other hotel services such as spa treatments.
 
My Tauzia is an online revenue based programme with one point earned for every IDR1,000 spent on qualifying room rates.
