Tempo is a site for simplicity
Tempo Holidays’ rebuilt agent website will further simplify the booking process, according to General Manager, Steve Reynolds.
The upgraded site became active today (Feb 6).
It is now written in Microsoft’s latest version of the browser based programming language .NET, and is scaleable with many enhanced features.
“We recognized some aspects needed changing to make the agent booking process easier, and quicker,” he said.
“It is an ongoing process to develop, maintain and innovate technologies for our B2B relationships,” said Mr Reynolds.
Among the changes are the removal of pop-ups, a reduction in the number of clicks required by agents, and gross price only is on the shopping cart, which will lead to smoother itinerary building by agents in association with their customers.
The interface is visually more closely linked to Tempo’s strong brand identity of food themes and bold colours.
