Thai Airways awaits superjumbos
Thai Airways is awaiting the arrival of six A380s which it will operate on its non-stop London to Bangkok flights.
The superjumbos, which offer the very latest in 21st century aviation, will be used on the long haul flights from the beginning of 2009.
Amidst widespread service cutting in the airline industry, the national carrier says it has no plans to change the frequency of its direct flights from London to Bangkok.
In the meantime, the carrier has confirmed arrival of new A330-300 planes to its fleet which will provide better seat width and recline for economy passengers.
