The 1828 Smart Hotel

Tuesday, 31 Mar, 2017 0

A boutique hotel in Palermo, a chic and cosmopolitan neighborhood of Buenos Aires, 1828 Smart Hotel has recently joined The Small Luxury Hotels of The World (SLH), a group of small independent deluxe hotels.

The 1828 Smart Hotel opened in 2015 and has 14 standard and deluxe rooms and suites. Its contemporary lobby piano area is adjacent to its small restaurant/bar, a lounge area with a giant TV screen, and the outdoor pool and terrace. The exquisite details in the design and the warm service of the staff provide a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The medium-sized rooms are well appointed with lots of sunlight and very comfortable beds.  A beautifully laid-out breakfast buffet, including eggs to order, gives a good start to the day  and there’s no extra cost to breakfast in your room. The restaurant is for guests only. Sauna and massage are available on the bottom floor.

The hotel is in the heart of Palermo, which boasts quiet and green streets where tourists and locals mix in coffee houses, bars and restaurants. There are also exclusive fashion and design stores, book shops, art galleries and other attractions. The hotel is also well situated for the city center, the international and domestic airports, Recaleta, and other must-see areas
