Thomson and First Choice add extra capacity
Thomson and First Choice have increased capacity on winter 2017 holidays, starting from October half term, as well as adding 250,000 more seats for summer 2018.
New routes have been added to Lanzarote and Tenerife from Manchester and Birmingham for October half term.
Capacity has also been increased to Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura from the two UK regional airports for Christmas.
Additional three and four night breaks to Lapland from London Gatwick and Manchester are also available.
Director of product Mark Hall said: "After a mixed bag of summer weather in the UK, the Canaries are proving particularly popular, especially for families wanting to escape over half term.
"We are seeing an upsurge in demand over Christmas so we are opening up extra capacity from to key destinations in December."
Among additional seats added for summer, Thomson and First Choice is ‘significantly increasing’ holidays to Turkey, with more 10- and 11-night breaks from Manchester, Birmingham and Gatwick.
