Thomson in top 10 e-retailers
Thomson is the only online travel retailer to feature in the top ten highest ranking e-retailers this quarter, according to online tracking service Hitwise.
The travel giant finished 10th, just behind John Lewis on 9th place and Apple in 8th place.
A spokesman for Thomson said it had increased its online booking following a proactive social media campaign on twitter as well as new online marketing promotions.
The website has also been improved to offer faster loading time and a better experience for users.
Amazon topped the UK topped the list for highest ranked e-retailers this quarter, followed by Argos and Next.
