TIPTO names first agent ambassadors
TIPTO has announced the names of its first four agent ambassadors.
Beryl Towne of Althams Travel, Stef Trevett of Baileys Travel, Sara Allen of Dartmouth Travel and Su Dillon of Travel Counsellors, all assume the role with immediate effect.
The four will attend TIPTO’s General Meetings and make suggestions that add value on subjects such as roadshows and training sessions.
They’ll also take part in round-table discussions and focus groups.
The ambassadors will also be given first refusal on invites to special TIPTO VIP events such as Ladies Day at the races, TIPTO’s lavish afternoon tea at the Ham Yard Hotel and, new for 2018, lunch at celebrity favourite The Ivy.
TIPTO chairman Jane Atkins said: "Our number-one aim for TIPTO is to help our agents better sell and earn and what better way to understand the challenges facing today‘s frontline than from the mouths of agents themselves.
"The input from these ambassadors will be invaluable in terms of honing what we do and the leadership team is extremely excited to get all four of them involved ASAP."
