Airline: Development Manager – Revenue Management

We are seeking a strong people leader to join one of the most highly sought after airlines in a senior management capacity.
The successful applicant will be responsible for driving, motivating, mentoring and leading the revenue management team to achieve it’s future vision.
You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of this vision, enhancing capabilities through the continuous development of training materials, processes and systems development – fostering a learning culture in the team.
This position is about ‘continuous improvement’ in people, systems and processes. The key requirement of this role is the ability to manage the very technical and experienced analysts, to understand the commercial workings of the revenue management group, to identify necessary improvements, and to be a change agent for these improvements.
Whilst revenue management experience is an advantage, the true focus is on change management and people development.
You should have: –
Minimum 3 years experience in airline commercial areas – predominantly revenue management and pricing;
Excellent of developing and delivering RM training material; and
Project Management – ideally covering both process development and systems development.
