Tourism Society celebrates 25 years
The Tourism Society is celebrating its 25th anniversary on Monday, July 15th.
The focus of the event will be to look at where tourism will be in 25 years’ time. Following a brief review of the situation in 1977 and subsequent years, a forecast will be given of the tourism picture in 2027 with eminent industry representatives sharing their vision of the future for their particular sector.
The Keynote address will be the Rt Hon Tessa Jowell MP, Secretary of State, Culture, Media and Sport. Speakers include:
