TProfile offers on demand travel agent service
UK tech company, TProfile has created a partnership with homeworker network Travel Solutions Network (TSN).
It provides a flexible ‘Cloud Computing’ equivalent for travel agent sales support resources.
A group of TProfile trained travel agent homeworkers will be offered to TProfile partners, on an as needed basis to help maximise staff efficiency.
Tony Evans, CEO at TProfile said: “In previous years, travel companies operated their own server storage facilities, which were always underutilised outside of peak times.”
“This new ‘on demand’ sales agent solution offers efficiencies for managing quotes and dealing with phone enquires.”
Travel Solutions Networkc allows homeworkers to operate their own book of customers and also maximise income by signing up to work in the business sales support team.
This provides customers with access to a team of experienced travel agents fully trained on the TProfile system, to manage and respond to both online and call enquiries.
It offers a more flexible approach for businesses.
The staff will either work for other companies or themselves when not required.
TSN staff can therefore be used as a permanent part of a sales team or brought in to cover peak periods.
Agents and administrators access TProfile via cloud logins, allowing it to be accessed securely from anywhere in the world.
