Travel City Direct expands Caribbean programme
Travel City Direct has launched a programme to Cuba, Grenada and Tobago, with scheduled flights on Virgin Atlantic from London Gatwick.
The company, which specialises in holidays to the Caribbean and Florida, already features St Lucia, Barbados, Antigua and Jamaica.
Product manager Caribbean Hayley Webb said: “Our first Caribbean passengers only touched down in May this year, but we have already seen such a huge demand for low cost Caribbean holidays that we’re now extending the programme to include Cuba, Grenada and Tobago.
“There are all sorts of people who come to us for a Caribbean holiday. Because we keep our prices low, but still offer the reassurance and comfort of a scheduled flight, we are particularly popular amongst young honeymooners and families looking for value for money.”
Departures are currently on sale up until December 2011.
Prices start from £740pp for a seven-night holiday in Grenada, based on two adults sharing on a room-only basis at Grenadian by rex resorts throughout January 2011.
