Travel Foundation woos agents with free holiday

Tuesday, 04 Nov, 2004 0

The Travel Foundation launches an agent training scheme today including the chance to win a holiday to Tobago.

The Travel Foundation is keen to get agents better acquainted with its work and its goals in a bid to encourage agents to pass the message onto consumers, on whom the Foundation depends for donations.

The training scheme is being emailed to 5,000 agents today and contains details about the Travel Foundation and why its work to protect holiday destinations is so important. It also includes a printable brochure to hand to customers.

To incentivise agents to read the brochure, the Travel Foundation has teamed up with Caribbean and Sun and Golden Caribbean to offer a holiday in Tobago as a prize. Agents that want to enter have to complete a quiz about the Foundation that they can print off from the training brochure.

The Travel Foundation is also running a seminar at World Travel Market. For details and to register agents should call 0117 927 3049 or email [email protected].
