Travel industry urged to raise thousands for Chloe and Liam’s families
Members of the travel industry are being urged to donate to an appeal set up for the families of 17-year-old travel agent Chloe Rutherford and her boyfriend Liam Curry, 19, both victims of the Manchester terror attack.
Manchester agent Jill Waite, who launched the appeal, is hoping the travel industry will help raise £10,000.
Chloe worked part time at Westoe Travel in South Shields as an apprentice and was and due to start working full time in June.
She and Liam were among the 22 who were killed in an explosion at Manchester Arena on Monday night.
Waite of Pole Travel wrote on her Just Giving page: "Chloe and Liam tragically lost their lives in the Manchester Arena terror attack on Monday. We are asking the travel industry to unite and support our cause, to raise money for their families."
