Travel Leaders Group buys Mexico’s Corporate Travel Services
Travel Leaders Group has acquired Mexico travel management company Corporate Travel Services.
Mexico City-based CTS was founded more than 20 years ago and has a client portfolio of about 300 mostly corporate customers.
About two-thirds of its annual sales of about $350 million is for business travel.
It has a workforce of 600, Travel Leaders said.
"The addition of CTS firmly establishes Travel Leaders Group as a key player in the Mexican market and cements our positioning as the leading travel agency company in North America," Travel Leaders Group CEO Ninan Chacko said.
"CTS also provides us with a highly strategic platform from which to expand our presence into the rest of Latin America."
