The public relations firm BGB Communications, known for its large portfolio of travel clients, has been sold.

The company has been picked up by PR agency Four Communications and will merge with its travel division.

The move is part of a long-term strategy to broaden the BGB offering, including social media, search engine optimisation, comsumer marketing and public affairs.

Managing director Debbie Hindle and deputy managing director Jo Johnson will become directors at Four and BGB staff will move to Four’s Leicester Square offices.
