Travel tech firm ResPax acquires New Zealand based ResBook
Australia based tour management software company ResPax has acquired ResBook, New Zealand’s first online booking engine for accommodation providers.
The acquisition includes ResBook’s Property Management System (PMS), websites, its booking engine, as well as the membership platform Audience.
ResBook offers a property management system (PMS) and more recently, additional tourism digital products.
It was established two decades ago.
ResPax says the acquisition of ResBook will help it accelerate development and bring opportunities for clients across Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, and Asia Pacific.
The acquisition follows a collaborative three-year partnership between the companies.
For ResBook clients, there will be no disruption to service.
“We are thrilled about this next step in ResBook’s journey.” said ResBook Founders, Gina Paladini and John Hayson,
“The combination of ResBook’s accommodation and tourism software with ResPax’s tour management expertise offers unparalleled opportunities.”
