TravelMole launches 2008 Asia Web Awards
SINGAPORE – The travel industry’s most widely anticipated travel and tourism industry Web Awards will touch down in Asia in 2008.
The TravelMole Web Awards – already well established in the United Kingdom where this year the prestigious 5th annual Web Awards can expect in excess of 1,500 nominations.
The 2008 TravelMole Asia Web Awards will be equally exciting with competition sure to be tough in a region renown for the quality of its web skills and innovation..
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2008 Asia Web Awards with the announcement of the winners being made at Singapore’s Suntec Convention Centre on March 18 before an expected audience of more than 1,000 travel technology leaders from Asia and beyond.

Nominations for each category will remain open until February 15. At this point the nominations will be short-listed by a group of tourism and technology experts independent of TravelMole.
The short-list in each category will be published on March 3. The shortlists will then be whittled down to a winner in each section by a separate team of independent judges made up of travel industry personalities from around the globe.

The web site winner will be announced at a grand lunch event at the Suntec Convention Centre with an expected audience of more than 1,000 travel technology leaders, who are attending the EyeforTravel Travel Distribution Asia conference.
