Etihad Airways boosted revenues and trimmed its costs last year. Revenues climbed 29 percent to US$2.95bn, and passenger volumes rose 13 percent to 7.1 million. CEO James Hogan said the airline was in position to achieve its target of breaking even this year.
Amway heads to Sydney
China Southern Airlines has operated the first of eight charters on behalf of the international Amway organisation, flying incentive groups from throughout China into Sydney. In coming weeks, China Southern also plans to operate a series of leisure charters from China into Cairns and Adelaide, as well as to Auckland.
