Travelport switches heads of agency commerce
Simon Ferguson is relocating to join Travelport in Atlanta as managing director agency commerce for the US Canada, and Latin America.
He takes over from Bret Kidd who will be taking an alternative role within Travelport, although this role has not yet been confirmed.
Ferguson (pictured left) is currently based in London overseeing Travelport’s Northern Europe region.
He will move stateside on July 1.
Paul Broughton, managing director for Travelport UK & Ireland, will combine leading the UK and Ireland team with heading Northern Europe on an interim basis.
In EMEA, Damian Hickey (pictured right) will take on the role of managing director, agency commerce following the departure of Rabih Saab earlier this year.
He will take up the role from June 1 and will relocate to Travelport’s Langley office from Singapore, where he currently oversees Travelport’s air commerce business in the Asia Pacific region.
Damian has been at Travelport since 2012 in a number of leadership roles.
