Infinity Holidays, flagship wholesale brand of The Flight Centre Travel Group, has agreed an improved, long-term contract with travel booking technology firm Traveltek.

The companies extend their existing partnership which has seen Infinity adopt Traveltek’s iTour and iSell products and create a joint project team with Traveltek, to identify future requirements.

The iTour and iSell products are essentially rebranded within the Infinity platform as Onboard (Ontrack for rail).

It creates a single comprehensive application to fulfil all functions from a customer enquiry to calculating staff commissions.

"Infinity is delighted to have committed to working with Traveltek for the long-term. The partnership has been evolving over the past few years, with each company benefitting and going from strength to strength because of it," said Brian Luckins, Infinity’s systems and operations leader.

Infinity Holidays offers accommodation, tours, cruises, rail and car hire to the company’s retail outlet network and comprises specialist International, domestic and New Zealand travel consultants, along with dedicated cruise and rail teams.

It is Flight Centre Group’s largest supplier of land, cruise and rail products.

Kirsty Orr, Traveltek COO said: "Traveltek is delighted Infinity has committed to continuing our strong working relationship. Both parties have worked tirelessly to create Onboard and Ontrack. This long-term contract allows us to better equip Infinity to deliver first-class cruise and rail products to its customers."

The Traveltek Group has been providing travel technology solutions to travel agents, tour operators and wholesalers for nearly 20 years.
