Tribute to Ashley Close
A message from Graham McKenzie, TravelMole:
One of the stars of the travel industry golfing circuit and a close friend of mine this weekend succumbed to his struggle with mental health.
He leaves behind so many happy memories of banter, his handicap being too high and his constant ability to get 40 pts or more.
Also, his inability to read simple instructions whilst overseas and my ability to tell him to eff off and read the memo.
I feel so strongly for the loved ones he has left behind and just as strongly that I personally do as much as I can to ensure that close friends, relations, loved ones and golfing buddies do not suffer as much as he did.
Ashley Close you will be missed, mate.
