The upscale Manhattan hotel formerly known as the Trump SoHo has completed a rebrand and opened as The Dominick Hotel.

Owner CIM Group recently agreed a deal with The Trump Organization to ditch the Trump name after reports room occupancy slumped and allegations of mismanagement.

The Dominick is being managed by a CIM Group affiliate company and is a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend collection.

The hotel said all bookings made under Trump Soho will be honoured and customers need take no action.

It has 391 rooms, three dining venues, a spa and pool.

"The debut of The Dominick marks a new start for the continuation of the level of luxury service that has been set at this hotel. We look forward to introducing new and exciting offerings for our new and returning guests," said Sharon Telesca-Feurer, acting director of sales and marketing of The Dominick.
