TRX acquires Travel Analytics Inc.

TRX Inc. announced it completed the acquisition of Travel Analytics Inc.

TRX is an independent provider of transaction processing and data integration services to the global travel industry.

Travel Analytics is a well-known corporate travel data reporting and analytics company that provides procurement and spend management services to worldwide corporations.

Travel Analytics offers expertise and unbiased support to corporations trying to actively manage travel procurement and spend analysis. 

Travel Analytics helps corporations negotiate better travel supplier contacts, and identify, quantify, capture, and track savings, according to company officials.

Said Scott Gillespie, Travel Analytics President and CEO:

Travel Analytics has applied its proprietary technologies to the analysis of more than $20 billion of global travel spending, according to company officials.
