Unforgettable Travel launches 2025 Greece small ship itineraries

Thursday, 28 Aug, 2024 0

Unforgettable Travel Company has launched a collection of small ship cruise and land itineraries in Greece for 2025.

It builds upon over six years’ destination experience with sister company, Unforgettable Greece, with its specialist team based in Athens.

Individually designed pre- and post-cruise land elements will feature hand-picked hotels, private tours and expert guided excursions in mainland Greece and the islands.

There are also holidays further afield to destinations including Dubrovnik, Croatia and Sorrento, Italy.

Highlights include visiting the Acropolis after hours with an archaeologist, Santorini’s sunset on a private yacht and cooking local dishes with a Greek family at home in Mykonos.

Unforgettable Travel has partnered with small-ship cruise lines including Windstar Cruises and Variety Cruises, offering itineraries.

Cruises available to book now, for travel between May and October 2025, include:

Highlights of Greece – Two nights in Athens, and a seven-night cruise hosted by Unforgettable Travel onboard Variety Voyager, visiting Cyclades, Santorini, Mykonos, UNESCO listed Delos, Crete, Kythira and the Peloponnese. Guests may tailor their itineraries to include options such as additional time in Athens, on the Amalfi Coast or in Dubrovnik post-cruise.

Wonders of the Greek Isles – Two nights in Athens and a seven-night Windstar Cruise, sailing between the Greek islands including Santorini and Mykonos. Includes visits to the tiny island of Patmos, Kusadasi in Turkey, and the ancient Roman city of Ephesus.

Further itineraries and departures will be announced this autumn.

Unforgettable Travel working with cruise lines including Ponant, Emerald Cruises, Star Clippers, SeaDream Yacht Club and Seabourn Cruises in other parts of Europe and worldwide.

Graham Carter, founder, Unforgettable Travel Company, said: “Greece remains one of our most in-demand destinations. Our team in Athens are truly experts, from the big-hitting attractions to the lesser-known gems.”
