United invests in SAF startup
United Airlines Ventures is investing in Dimensional Energy with an order for 300 million gallons of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
Under the commercial agreement United Airlines will buy the SAF over 20-year period.
Dimensional’s tech can run on all forms of renewable energy.
Launched in 2021, United Airlines Ventures targets strategic investments in emerging technologies that will aid United’s goal of net zero emissions.
