Vegas nightclub mogul Victor Drai expanding into Asia
Las Vegas nightlife mogul Victor Drai is expanding into Asia having inked a joint venture agreement with Hong Kong based Cachet Hotel Group.
The new venture will create integrated nightlife and entertainment destinations within Cachet Hotels and other hotels and mixed use developments throughout Asia Pacific.
The first two confirmed projects will open in Cachet Hotel Chengdu in 2016 and the upcoming Cachet Deluxe Hotel Bangkok in 2017.
"Drai’s Asia will bring our award-winning brands and operation expertise to developers throughout China, Thailand and across Southeast Asia," said president and Asia CEO Michael Gruber.
Drai’s Enterprises operates three exclusive nightlife venues in Las Vegas including the iconic Indigo Lounge and Drai’s Beach Club.
"This new venture will serve Asia’s growing demand for nightlife. We look forward to debuting Drai’s in CHG hotels and in other properties," said Alexander Mirza, CEO of Cachet Hotel Group.
