Viking unveils details of longest ever world cruise
Viking has unveiled details of its latest epic itinerary, which will be the longest-ever continuous world cruise.
The new Ultimate World Cruise departs London on August 31, 2019 on Viking Sun for a mammoth 245-day journey to six continents, 59 countries and 113 ports.
The Ultimate World Cruise circumvents the globe and will be Viking’s third world cruise.
Guests have the option to sail one of two shorter segments – a 127-day Viking World Treasures sailing from London to Los Angeles visiting 61 ports, or the Viking World Wonders itinerary, 119 days from Los Angeles to London that calls at 55 ports in 29 countries.
The line’s fourth ship Viking Sun has 465 staterooms accommodating 930 guests.
The Viking Ultimate World Cruise is priced from $92,990 per person which includes Business Class international airfares, transfers and all gratuities and service fees.
Guests who book through December 31, 2018 receive $4,000 in shore excursion credit and $2,000 in shipboard credit.
