“Villazzo living” – your private hotel at home

Villazzo, pioneers of the VillaHotel concept announced in April that homeowners can enjoy luxury hotel management in the privacy of their own home with Villazzo Living, the new five-star home management service. Through Villazzo Living, homeowners can now enjoy "hotel at home" style services at private homes outside of a resort complex.

Villazzo Living is currently available in Villazzo’s existing destinations where a fully staffed head office is already in operation, in St. Tropez, Marbella, Miami, Aspen, Courchevel and Paris.

Homeowners are assigned a personal Villazzo VillaHotel Manager who visits the home to discuss the scope of what the homeowner requires, from a private concierge, restaurant at home, butler, nannies to simple monthly maintenance. A tailor-made schedule of monthly work will then be drawn up and will be carried out efficiently to the agreed costs.

Villazzo offers five star hotel-style maintenance of the property right up to personalised hotel services, such as chefs, waiters, barmen, personal trainers, nannies, massage therapists and personal security. All services and staff work under the eye of the VillaHotel Manager – someone who knows the home and the owner’s personal requirements and preferences. 

For a fully comprehensive ‘hotel at home’ experience, homeowners can opt to transform their property into a Villazzo VillaHotel. This includes the hiring and training of their own, full-time, private concierge, Villazzo bathroom amenities, Egyptian cotton bed linen, embroidered bathrobes, towels and slippers, mini-bars, laundry pick-up and delivery, Villazzo room service and VillaHotel hospitality phones.

A one-off joining fee of US$500 is required in order to set up Villazzo Living. Monthly payments then start from just US$500. Should the homeowner choose to employ additional staff or services, these are simply billed by the hour, as and when required.

Each Villazzo destination is handpicked to meet strict criteria before being introduced into the Villazzo portfolio. The location must provide a large number of superlative villas within a 30 minute radius of a Villazzo central office. The local infrastructure also needs to support affluent travellers. A full team of staff is managed from the office, travelling out to the properties on request. This leaves Villazzo guests to enjoy the exclusivity and privacy of their beautiful VillaHotel and lets them choose the staff they require at any given time.
