The Battleship Missouri Memorial is celebrating Military Appreciation Month in May by offering 50 percent discounts on all tours to active-duty, reserve and retired U.S. military personnel. To qualify, servicemen and women must present a valid Department of Defense ID when purchasing their tours in advance through the Moral, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) division. Military men dressed in uniform receive complimentary admission to the memorial year round. The Battleship Missouri Memorial is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. General admission is $16 per adult and $8 per child 4-12. Military rates are $10 per adult and $5 per child. Tour upgrades are an additional $7 for the Battleship Guided Tour or Digital Audio Tour, and an additional $33 for the premium Explorer’s Tour.
