Walu Beach the place for us!

Monday, 19 Jan, 2007 0

Brits Lindsay Barrowclough and Colin Lavell from Liverpool in the UK like to take risks, arriving in Fiji without any bookings, taking pot luck in finding somewhere to stay.

Perhaps the coup made that a little easier for them but they were definitely lucky to find Walu Beach and they were of the same opinion!

Their round the world trip had started in South Africa, transitted Australia, passing through Fiji, before a skiing trip to Whistler, but they thought Walu Beach was fabulous and great value.

They did say though that their agent in the UK with STA, as Colin said, “had stuffed up nearly all their bookings”, but that was not going to stop them having a great time and enjoying the beach and all the watersports at Walu.

They had no concerns whatsoever with visiting Fiji and since arriving said that had been confirmed with everything was great and it was time to relax and have a post lunch snooze!

The Mole left them to it!
