What impact will the proposed ‘Green Tax’ have on Tourism?

Dear editor I am writing to you in the hope you may be able to assist me with my research for my dissertation. I am a final year student at Sheffield Hallam University studying Tourism Management. For my dissertation I am researching into the topic of air transport and the effect it has on climate change. In particular I was hoping to find out how the introduction of the proposed ‘Green tax’ on flights, would affect the tourism industry and if any particular group of tourists would be affected more than others. I propose to do this by carrying out a ‘Potential Passenger Survey’ of tourists and also by interviewing several key players of the tourism industry. I would like to carry out questionnaires on potential tourists to try and assess if the ‘Green tax’ would affect their travel patterns and I was hoping that you would be able to help. Either by allowing me to post the questionnaire on line for people to answer or by featuring an article where by people could contact me by email to take part in the survey? I would be very grateful for any assistance you could give me. Thank you very much for your time
