Wizz announces resumption of Israel flights
Leisure carrier Wizz Air will resume Israel flights in March.
It will return to Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport from March 1 with several routes from the UK and Europe.
Wizz Air will restart three flights a week from London Luton.
It will also operate the same frequency from Rome, Krakow, Budapest, Bucharest, and Sofia.
The LCC joins Air Europe, Air Seychelles, Air France and Emirates is resuming Israel flights after most routes by foreign airlines were suspended indefinitely.
British Airways, Ryanair and Virgin Atlantic flights to Israel remain suspended until at least the end of March.
