The World Youth and Student Travel Conference (WYSTC) is pleased to announce it is now open for registration. The conference – the annual event of the World Youth Student and Educational Travel Confederation – is being held 20-23 September 2011 in Barcelona, Spain.

Now in its 20th year, WYSTC has become firmly established as the essential global youth travel industry event and it offers excellent value with substantial discounts available for early bird registrants. www.wystc.org

Members of WYSE Travel Confederation save the greatest amount, with up to 40% off the standard entry price. Early Bird rates start at 995 Euros and are available until 31 May. This year WYSTC offers additional discounts and special offers for prospective WYSE Travel Confederation members, qualified buyers and organisations sending more than two delegates.

On a per-meeting basis, WYSTC comes out on top for value among global and regional business to business travel industry conferences, with the lowest price per business appointment.* "By taking advantage of the discounts and offers available during the early-bird period WYSTC offers all delegates the best value,” says Michael Palmer, Conference Director for WYSTC.

As well as free wi-fi, free breakfast, and free transfers to the venue, attendees are encouraged to stay in Barcelona for the weekend following the conference to enjoy post-conference tours of the area for reduced prices, or experience Barcelona’s largest street festival La Mercè.

"We’re very excited to be heading to Barcelona for this year’s World Youth and Student Travel Conference. It’s a first-rate venue, in a world-class city – the perfect spot to host our popular conference. We’re passionate about providing our members and potential members the opportunity to make key industry connections and grow their businesses, and WYSTC offers the best forum to make this happen,” according to Michael Palmer.

Notes to editors:

Communications and announcements regarding WYSTC are ongoing from now through to the event. Sign up for the newsletter at http://www.wystc.org/ or contact [email protected], and a video detailing the effectiveness and opportunity surrounding WYSTC can be seen here.

Sponsorship of the event is an excellent option for organisations wishing to generate exposure for their business, with additional details available here.
