Partner Zone (PZ) Hub Setup and Postings

 

TravelMole Partner Support Team will set up your Partner Zone (PZ) hub page with the information you provide.  Thereafter you will be able to update it as you wish and post, on your own, any PZ  content (i.e. news, announcements, expert hub, competition/training, special offers, webinars, brochures, etc.)

Please send the following information to [email protected] for our setting up your Partner Zone page(s), after which you will be provided with login and instructions for updating and posting any additional content.

 

SET-UP INFORMATION REQUIRED

 

• Brand name
• Company Name
• About company (up to 300 words)
• Logo (max 50 kb in JPG or PNG format)
• YouTube channel or playlist link
• Email or your website link, for inquiries versus for reservations.  Ok if same.
• Name(s) and email(s) of your team we should set up with access to your Partner Zone Admin back-office. 

 

SELF MAINTENANCE AND POSTINGS 

 

You will be able to log in to your own Partner Zone Backoffice Admin for updating and posting your content.  Here is a sample of a complete Partner Zone page.

When you first log in, please complete the following for your PZ Hub Page:

 

• Commission for a travel agent (if applicable)
• Travel agent discount (if applicable)
• Name, title, email, phone, and/or photo of contact person(s) you wish to appear in the Contact section.
  You can include as much or as little information as you wish.  For example, you may wish to include management without contact details, for which you would include only for your travel trade account managers.   
  For anyone you include their email contact, they need to have been a registered user on TravelMole.com, as our system uses an internal email and notification system, associated with registered users.

 

POSTING SUGGESTIONS

 

You should post your Partner Zone content often (i.e. news, announcements, expert hub, competition/training, special offers, webinars, brochures, etc.).

 

• Posts should be well written.  Posts for UK or US regions should be in their respective English.  Reference to any prices should be in their local currency.
• Don’t worry about the length of your postings.  Long posting (i.e. 2,000 words) is fine.
• Images included in postings should be under 100 KB or the posting page will take too long to load for readers.
• All CAPS for titles are not permitted.
