Hyatt Hotels Corporation has debuted in Montenegro with the first phase opening for Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort in Kotor Bay. It is the first Hyatt hotel in Montenegro. It embraces a contemporary eco-design approach with a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. Once finishing touches are completed, Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort will have 205 guest rooms, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and private waterfront access. The resort will house a fitness centre, a dedicated space for yoga and pilates, and expansive spa facilities. Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort is also expected to feature six dining venues. It will also have a range of event spaces. “The Balkan region serves as a driving force for the rapid growth of the hospitality industry,” said Takuya Aoyama, development VP. Hyatt Hotels Corporation is expanding the Inclusive Collection in Greece. It is a portfolio of all-inclusive luxury resort brands which are part of World of Hyatt. In collaboration with AF Partners the new Zoëtry Halkidiki will open in mid-2024. Located in the vicinity of Sani, the resort will be perched cliffside offering views of Mount Olympus and the Aegean Sea. A lift provides guests with exclusive access to the beach from the resort.   Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE:H) today announced a multi-property collaboration with Be Live Hotels that will include the growth of the Sunscape Resorts & Spas brand in the Caribbean. Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced management deals for three new Saudi Arabia hotels. These will be Grand Hyatt Madinah, Hyatt Regency Madinah and Hyatt Place Madinah. Upon opening, they will add a combined 1,729 room keys to Hyatt's portfolio in the country. The three properties will be part of the Rua Al Madinah project and are set to be the first Hyatt-branded hotels in Madinah. The city aims to attract 30 million tourists by 2030. The Rua Al Madinah project is one of the most important initiatives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Hyatt Place Madinah will feature 860 guestrooms, a large restaurant, event space and a fitness centre. Hyatt Regency Madinah will have 539 guestrooms, multiple dining options, a lobby lounge and a Regency Club. Grand Hyatt Madinah will be a destination within a destination, Hyatt says. It will feature 330 guestrooms, premium dining, and modern interiors with vibrant design. Hyatt's current portfolio in Saudi Arabia consists of six properties across five brands including Park Hyatt Jeddah – Marina, Club and Spa.
