Carnival introduces new Bahamas sailings from Florida ports for 2026/27

Carnival Cruise Line has launched additional sailings to the Bahamas from Miami and Port Canaveral for the 2026/2027 season.

 

The itineraries will take place on Carnival Conquest, from Miami, and Carnival Glory and Carnival Freedom, from Port Canaveral.

 

Carnival Conquest will homeport from PortMiami throughout 2026 and early 2027, with three-day voyages visiting Celebration Key, the line’s new exclusive destination in Grand Bahama, opening July 2025. Meanwhile, four-day itineraries will visit additional destinations such as Half Moon Cay or Princess Cays. Prices start from £260pp.

 

The ship will also sail an 11-day ‘Southern Caribbean Carnival Journeys’ cruise, departing January 11, 2027, and calling at St. Thomas, Dominica, Grenada, Antigua, Barbados and Celebration Key. Prices start from £900pp. ‘Carnival Journeys’ itineraries are a limited series of voyages with additional onboard experiences on offer.

 

From Port Canaveral, Carnival Glory will operate three- and four-day itineraries throughout 2026 and into early 2027. Three-day voyages will call at Celebration Key, as will four-day options, in addition to Nassau, with some itineraries stopping at Princess Cays or Half Moon Cay. Prices start from £270pp.

 

Meanwhile, four-day cruises on Carnival Freedom will visit Half Moon Cay and Celebration Key, and five-day cruises will include stops at Celebration Key, Nassau, and either Half Moon Cay or Princess Cays. Prices start from £320pp.

 

Additionally, the ship will offer two transatlantic ‘Carnival Journeys’ in 2026: a 14-day voyage from Port Canaveral to Barcelona, with stops in Gibraltar, Malaga and Alicante, Spain, with prices from £560pp, and a 13-day cruise from Barcelona to Port Canaveral, priced from £590pp. Carnival Freedom will also operate an eight-day roundtrip Mediterranean cruise from Barcelona, visiting Provence, France; Livorno (Florence/Pisa), Civitavecchia (Rome) and Naples (Amalfi/Pompeii) Italy; and Valletta, Malta. Prices start from £716pp, departing October 6, 2026.
