Fred.\Holidays has launched its first ever Authentic River Cruises brochure featuring bucket list journeys along the world’s most enchanting waterways including the Mekong, Nile, Ganges, Mississippi, Rhine and Danube. Highlights include:

• A 17-night cruise and land package taking in the highlights of India combining a seven-night Pandaw cruise on the Lower Ganges with stays and sightseeing tours in Kolkata, Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Departures between November 2023 and March 2025 with prices from £6,299 per person.

• A 14-night cruise and land package combining a Pandaw classic Mekong cruise with stays and sightseeing tours in Saigon and Siem Reap. Departures between October 2023 and March 2025 with prices from £4,999 per person.

• A 12-night cruise and land package combining a seven-night Mississippi cruise on an authentic paddlewheel ship with stays and sightseeing tours in Memphis and New Orleans. Departures between October 2023 and June 2025 with prices from £5,699 per person.

• A six-night Amadeus River Cruises Magic of Advent on the Danube cruise between Vienna and Nuremberg visiting Vienna, Melk, Emmersdorf, Passau, Regensburg and Roth and taking in some of the best Christmas markets and traditions of the pre-Christmas period. Departures in November and December 2023 and 2024 with prices from £1,399 per person.

• A seven-night Christmas on the Rhine cruise round trip from Cologne visiting Koblenz, Speyer, Strasbourg and Mainz. The cruise takes place onboard one of Amadeus River Cruises’ festively decorated ships and includes local Christmas markets, a gourmet Christmas dinner and the chance to attend midnight mass.
