Holland America Line unveils 2027 Alaska Cruisetours with enhanced Denali Lodge

* 19 Cruisetour itineraries available, from May to September
* Expanded guest facilities at Denali Lodge
* New inclusive dining package included for 2027

 

Holland America Line has launched its 2027 Alaska Cruisetour season, featuring 19 itineraries and an enhanced Denali Lodge experience.

 

Cruisetours combine a three- to seven-day Alaska cruise aboard Koningsdam, Nieuw Amsterdam, Westerdam or Zaandam with a journey into Denali National Park and Canada’s Yukon, including a scenic journey on the McKinley Explorer train. Select itineraries include the White Pass and Yukon Route railroad from Skagway or a direct-to-Denali service.

 

For 2027, itineraries will feature access to an enhanced Denali Lodge and a new inclusive dining package.

 

The Denali Lodge expansion, which will be completed in 2027 as part of a $70 million transformation project, includes new guestroom buildings; a reimagined main lodge with a restaurant; an upgraded coffee experience; and refreshed public spaces and improved trail signage.

 

The new dining package is available at no cost for guests booking a Cruisetour with the ‘Have It All Early Booking Bonus’ and includes breakfast and dinner at Holland America’s properties in Denali, Skagway and Dawson City, plus lunch aboard the McKinley Explorer railcars. Guests can also take advantage of the Music of Denali dinner theatre and receive lunch during the Tundra Wilderness Tour.

 

2027 highlights include:

 

* 9-10-day ‘Classic Alaska & Denali Cruisetours’. Includes a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise, one night at Denali Lodge, Denali Natural History Tour and destinations such as Anchorage or Fairbanks, Talkeetna, Denali, Whittier, Glacier Bay, Hubbard Glacier, Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan and the Inside Passage.

* 10-12-day ‘Signature Alaska & Denali Cruisetours’. Includes a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise, two or three nights at Denali Lodge, and Tundra Wilderness Tour. Select itineraries feature the Riverboat Discovery Tour. Calls at destinations such as Anchorage or Fairbanks, Denali, Whittier, Glacier Bay, Hubbard Glacier, Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan and the Inside Passage.

* 14-day ‘Ultimate Alaska & Denali Cruisetours’. Includes a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise, two nights at Denali Lodge plus extended stays in Alyeska, Seward or Homer. Guests have access to a number of included tours depending on the itinerary, such as a visit to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, the Tundra Wilderness Tour, Riverboat Discovery and Gold Dredge 8.

* 9-17-day ‘Alaska, Denali & Yukon Cruisetours’. Includes a seven-day Glacier Discovery cruise or a three or four-day Inside Passage cruise. In addition to two or three nights at Denali Lodge plus two nights in Dawson City and Whitehorse and included tours depending on itinerary, such as Tundra Wilderness Tour, Riverboat Discovery, Gold Dredge 8, Klondike Gold Tour, White Pass & Yukon Route Railway.

In 2027 Holland America Line will celebrate its 80th anniversary exploring Alaska.

 

For a limited time, when guests book 2027 Cruisetours with the ‘Have It All Early Booking Bonus’, they will receive a free dining package for the land portion of their journey, up to the value of $829, plus the usual amenities of an Elite Beverage Package, shore excursion credit, up to three nights speciality dining, Premium Wi-Fi package, prepaid crew appreciation and up to US$300pp onboard credit.

 

Guests can also take advantage of Holland America Line’s Exclusive Mariner Society Early Booking Bonus. Mariner Society loyalty members can enjoy up to $400 onboard credit per stateroom when these cruises open for sale.
