Jet2holidays strengthens homeworker support with new appointment to Trade Team

Jet2holidays is continuing to strengthen its partnership approach to working with homeworkers and call centres, by appointing Ray Hudson-Evans to its award-winning trade team as Business Development Manager.
In his new post, Ray will play a key role in delivering the company’s dedicated strategy to supporting homeworkers and call centres across the UK, ensuring that the homeworking business is always at the heart of Jet2holidays’ Partners2Success approach.
This includes working in collaboration with head offices to suit the philosophy of each homeworking business. Through Jet2holidays’ partnership approach, these companies can benefit from a range of incentives and collaborations so that they can successfully promote and sell package holidays to grow their businesses.
A recent example of this approach is ‘Jet2holidaysLEARN’, a brand-new ‘one stop online shop’ that gives homeworkers a range of knowledge and tools to help them increase sales. On top of that, the UK’s leading tour operator to many destinations across the Mediterranean and Canary Islands offers a huge choice of platforms and incentives for homeworking businesses to use, and Ray will play an integral role in helping companies understand these, whilst looking at ways of further developing partnerships too.
Ray brings over 20 years of experience to the role, having previously worked in a number of sales and development positions for independent travel agents and tour operators.
Alan Cross, Head of Trade at Jet2holidays said: “Ray is a fantastic addition to our award-winning trade team and brings a wealth of experience to the role. We know that his experience will be valuable to homeworkers and call centres, who are absolutely critical to the success of Jet2holidays. A key part of our strategy is tailoring our approach to suit each homeworking business depending on their requirements, and Ray’s appointment will help us take this to the next level. We know Ray’s appointment will be welcomed by homeworkers and call centres, and we are delighted to have him with us.”
